How can I place an order?On the product page you wish to purchase, click BUY NOW. Enter your shipping information and click PLACE ORDER & PAY. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email you registered with, and your purchase will be completed.

Can I get a tax invoice or a cash receipt?Yes, it is possible. After making a purchase, please leave us a message. If the product has not been packaged yet, we will send a physical copy along with the product. If the product is already packaged, we will send you a photo instead.

How long does shipping take?We use J&T for shipping, and the estimated delivery time is as follows.

How is the shipping cost calculated?Customers do not need to calculate the shipping fee themselves. It is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. However, in special cases, we may contact the customer, and the shipping fee may be adjusted accordingly.

How can I return or exchange an item?If there is an issue with the product, returns or exchanges are possible. In this case: Contact us first before returning the item. Send the item to us using LBC. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it for any issues. If we confirm the issue, we will ask the customer whether they prefer a refund or an exchange.

Do you offer discounts for wholesale or bulk orders?This page already offers the lowest discounted price, even lower than our offline store, Lazada, or Shopee. Additionally, wholesale purchases are only available for stores that have signed a wholesale agreement with us.

What is the warranty policy for parts?We guarantee the functionality of our products. However, there is no warranty on the product. If the buyer wants to exchange the product due to a functionality issue, they must provide proof (photo or video) showing the problem.
